Russell R. Cherne joined the firm in 1999 while attending law school.
In 2000, Russ was hired as an associate, and became a shareholder in 2007. Russ practices in the areas of Business Litigation, Criminal Defense, Elder Law (wills, probate, estate planning, guardianships & power of attorney), Employment Law (contracts, dispute avoidance and litigation), Family Law (divorce, custody, paternity, parenting time, adoption), & Personal Injury.
