From I-94 going E (Alexandria) to Pennington, Lies & Cherne, P.A.
Take I-94 to Hwy 15 North (Exit 167B). At the first traffic-light (Holiday Inn intersection), turn right onto 2nd Street South. Continue straight on 2nd Street South. At 25th Avenue South, 2nd Street South becomes Roosevelt Road. Proceed straight on Roosevelt Road for approximately one block. To your right, you will see the Schlenner Wenner & Co. building. We are on the first floor of the Schlenner Wenner & Co. building.
From I-94 going W (Mpls/St. Paul) to Pennington, Lies & Cherne, P.A.
Take I-94 to Exit 171 for County Highway 75/County Highway 7 towards St. Cloud/St. Augusta. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for St. Cloud and merge onto Roosevelt Road. Proceed straight on Roosevelt Road, for 4.4 miles. To your left, you will see the Schlenner Wenner & Co. building/District Office Park sign post. We are on the first floor of the Schlenner Wenner & Co. building.
From HWY 23 (Willmar) to Pennington, Lies & Cherne, P.A.
Take HWY 23 East toward St. Cloud. In Waite Park, HWY 23 turns into 2nd Street South. At the intersection with HWY 15 (Holiday Inn intersection) continue straight on 2nd Street South. At 25th Avenue South, 2nd Street South becomes Roosevelt Road. Proceed straight on Roosevelt Road for approximately one block. To your right, you will see the Schlenner Wenner & Co. building. Take HWY 23 West to 25th Avenue South (traffic lights at the Dairy Queen intersection). Turn left onto 25th Avenue South. At the next traffic light (TCF intersection) turn left onto Roosevelt Road.
